This process is the foundation for releasing core separation programs as well as preparation for emotional healing work and Lightbody Integration work.

Our body has its own consciousness, it's a separate being also called The Keepers of the Human Legacy. By aligning the body's consciousness to Divinity, the body is no longer fighting the light and lives in separation but it's supporting us on our journey back to God.
