Higher Light is the 5th-dimensional life force energy emanating from the Oversoul into this reality. 

This is like having all the wiring in your body repaired and re-wired. It opens the DNA to accept more Light and supports the building of the Lightbody and prepares the energy bodies for reunification with the Oversoul.

Your light body is a gridwork of Higher Light that is built in and on the surface of your physical body and is connected to the physical meridians and chakras. 

These in turn feed the Light into the internal meridian (axial) system to reach the DNA in every cell of the body.
