MAP - Make Anything Possible

Here are just a few examples of some emotionally charged, self-destructive decisions:

  • I can't trust anyone.

  • That it, I'll never love again.

  • I'm not good enough, fast enough, strong enough.

  • I'm not worthy of having anything.

  • I can't get what I want.

  • I don't need anyone else.

  • I'll do it all by myself.

  • I'll never amount to much and don't want anything anyway.

  • Nobody loves me.

By transmuting them and replacing them with positive and supportive ones we can create and bring forward the life experiences that we longing for.

What is MAP?

Most of us don't struggle because we are weak, lazy, or lack willpower.

We struggle because our subconscious mind is running old programmes that were created from past experiences. These programmes become beliefs about ourselves, other people and the world. They quietly influence how we think, feel and react, often without us even realising it.

You may consciously know that you are safe, worthy or capable, yet a deeper part of you still reacts as if you aren't. That is why positive thinking, affirmations or simply trying harder often don't create lasting change.

MAP works differently.

Using a gentle neuroscience-based process, MAP helps the brain update old emotional patterns that are keeping you stuck. Instead of spending months or years analysing the past, we work directly with the subconscious mind, where these emotional patterns are stored.

When those old patterns change, your thoughts, feelings and behaviours begin to change naturally. You don't have to force it.

What can MAP help with?

Every person is different, but MAP has helped many people move beyond:

  • Anxiety and chronic stress

  • Trauma and difficult life experiences

  • Fears and phobias

  • Low self-esteem and self-doubt

  • Feeling "not good enough"

  • People-pleasing and unhealthy relationship patterns

  • Confidence and public speaking

  • Emotional eating and unwanted habits

  • Procrastination and self-sabotage

  • Grief and emotional overwhelm

  • Money blocks and success blocks

  • Limiting beliefs that stop you living the life you want

  • Health issues and more

Often people tell me they don't just feel better after a session - they feel lighter, calmer and more like themselves.

Why I love MAP

What I love about MAP is that it doesn't focus on endlessly talking about your problems.

Instead, it helps your brain let go of the emotional charge that keeps those problems alive.

You still remember what happened, but it no longer controls how you feel or how you respond.

Imagine carrying a heavy backpack for years. MAP doesn't teach you how to carry it better—it helps you put it down.

When that emotional weight is gone, you have more energy, more peace, more confidence, and more freedom to create the life you truly want.

Testimonials:

This week I experienced a wonderful healing session by Somyah Cizova. She cleared a deep-rooted fear in me while guiding me with determination, love, and absolute trust towards past lives to untangle my chakras concerning this fear.

I am normally not one to reach back in past lives (probably because I have noticed too many people using past life experiences as an excuse not to work on themselves in this life) but for many years I have been working on this life's issue about this fear, and now I felt the time had come to clear those further roots.

Somyah is a wonderful and amazing healer and gave those fragmented parts of me their new duties given by me before they were integrated again. I can fully recommend her!

I have just received my first Mapping session from Somyah, just the other day, and her line of questioning guided me from my story of victim hood, the narrative that I had been telling myself for the intirety of my life, to the True root cause that I unknowingly was repeating since my childhood; and although I thought through rational thinking that I had addressed my disempowering patterns I had not... I simply did not notice the same thread running through the fabric of my life... connecting my adult behaviors to patterns that began in my youth, in my developing childhood, were still showing up as an adult in a different guise, but definitely from the same root system that I planted in childhood. The same chip on my shoulder that I thought had given me an edge in sports as a child had morphed itself into strange, twisted self-destructive patterns that now sabotaged my Happiness. Well, if you are like me, and you keep wondering why you keep sabotaging your own Happiness. I believe that we have a built-in blind spot in our own self-reflection of our own life story, and as we relate our narrative to Somyah, who has a discovered a reliable technique, that allows her to find the thread that keeps showing up in our lives and follow it back to its source, back to the root cause of the traumic incident, which then became our pattern of choice in our life that keeps repeating itself, and keeps us from discovering our own natural Happiness.
