Activating the Lightbody

We are moving through tremendous changes right now, the whole of humanity is rising in frequency, which is also called Ascension. We can see a lot of fear, anger, grief, belief systems and limitations being presented to us on a daily basis. The downpour of higher frequencies is breaking through the old system. The consciousness on the planet is expanding and more a more people are remembering their Divine connection, waking up from a long sleep, ready to be reunited with who they truly are.

The descension of higher energies can have a negative effect on our physical bodies, experiencing uncomfortable symptoms like headaches, back and neck pain, feeling emotional, feeling like it is too much, unable to focus, feeling tired, tingling, or issues with talking and speaking clearly, having shaky episodes and feeling on the edge. It can also affect our vision, our memory, feeling spaced out, digestive issues. All these symptoms are caused by our Lightbody activating and mutating to a higher frequency.

So what is Lightbody? It is a higher dimensional body of light that contains our Divine Image as a perfect being. It is our vehicle of Light, our Merkabah, for ascending to the higher dimensions. Most humans have their Lightbody dormant, however, once the Lightbody is activated, our access to our Divinity is greatly enhanced. As we rise in frequency, all of our bodies, the physical, etheric, astral, causal, electromagnetic, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies will all merge into the Lightbody and we turn into a pure being of Light. There are several steps in activating the Lightbody, I have already talked about Body Consciousness Realignment in my previous blog as the starter point. There are many different energy structures in our Lightbody that we take on in order to forget who we truly are and go to sleep once we are born. These structures are blocking our higher dimensional functions and access and creating uncomfortable symptoms as these etheric and astral structures are overloaded by the descension of higher frequencies. Feeling as being blocked as there is a ceiling on our consciousness. By removing these structures our sense of beingness expands and many gifts and abilities will come online. Our remembrance of who we truly are turns on.
